She has over 15 years experience of exposure in international business development, human resources and training in multinational companies.  She had worked as HR and training project management positions at McKinsey & Company, Inc., DHL and FESCO Training Centre in China.  She is strong in behavioral interviews and selection. A professional consultant who designs and facilitate a wide-variety of bespoke training programs.
